The Breezy Unicorn ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.thebreezyunicorn.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. When you hit submit, accept, & pay, you are agreeing to The Breezy Unicorn's shipping & processing policy which states that this is a custom based business whereas, once product is used for the order it CAN NOT be returned, refunded or canceled. If you make a purchase and change your mind you have 48 Hours to cancel.
Processing & shipping are two totally different things and have two different times. Your shipping can be 2-4 business days but processing is not included. Processing time ranges between 4-14 business days depending on order quantity.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
(The Breezy Unicorn) will refund the value of the good if We are at fault but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
4. LOST/STOLEN/BROKEN Items
The carrier accepts full responsibility for the broken packages. Depending on the claim it could take up to 2 weeks to hear back from the carrier. We will work with them to get a new shipment to you. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility, the issue is between you and the carrier.
Packages lost by USPS or stolen can be frustrating, however, if the package ships out correctly then gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. Please email us at TheBreezyUnicorn@gmail.com and we will contact the carrier to open a claim. If they do not accept responsibility then the issue is between you and the carrier.
If you have concerns about packages being lost or stolen, please pay for insurance or signature confirmation.
